How to Participate
- Share the Inspiration: Tell your friends, family, or neighbors about your experience at our office. Provide them with a referral card from our office or fill out the form below.
- The Consultation: Ensure they mention your name when they call to schedule their complimentary Smile Assessment or present your referral card during their first visit.
- The Rewards: Once your referral starts their full orthodontic treatment (Braces or Invisalign), they get a $500 discount, and you get to pick your prize!

Program Details
- Referral must be a new patient to Inspirational Smiles Orthodontics.
- Reward is issued once the referred patient begins active treatment (Braces or Invisalign).
- Rewards are not applicable for immediate household members (ask us about our Family Discount for siblings/parents!).
- You do not need to be a current patient to participate—everyone is welcome to share the inspiration!
