In addition, because you referred them, we will give them a $500 discount on their orthodontic treatment.
How to Participate
Share the Inspiration: Tell your friends, family, or neighbors about your experience at our office. Provide them with a referral card from our office or fill out the form below.
The Consult: Ensure they mention your name when they call to schedule their complimentary Smile Assessment or during their first visit.
The Reward: Once your referral starts their full orthodontic treatment (Braces or Invisalign), you receive a $100 gift card.

Program Details
Referral must be a new patient to Inspirational Smiles Orthodontics.
Reward is issued once the referred patient begins active treatment (Braces or Invisalign).
Rewards are not applicable for immediate household members (ask us about our Family Discount for siblings/parents!).
You do not need to be a current patient to participate—everyone is welcome to share the inspiration!
