What to Expect at Your First Appointment

Welcome to our office! Your first visit is all about getting to know you and understanding your smile goals. Since every smile is unique, Dr. Crews takes the time to provide personalized attention, carefully evaluating your teeth and bite. Based on this assessment, she will create a fully customized treatment plan designed to give you beautiful, lasting results. Together, we will discuss the best timing to start treatment so you can be on the path to a healthier, more confident smile.

Your Personalized Treatment Consultation

Once we review your records, we will provide a clear clinical diagnosis and explain your treatment plan step by step. You’ll receive a written summary of your results, a detailed explanation of your treatment goals, and a cost estimate so you know exactly what to expect. We encourage you and your family to ask questions during this visit — we want you to feel fully informed and comfortable before starting treatment.

What to Bring with You

To make your first visit as smooth as possible, please arrive 15 minutes early and bring:

• Completed Dental History and Patient Information forms.
• Your dental insurance card (if applicable).
• A list of medications you are currently taking, including dosage.

Important Notes

• Patients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Please inform our office if you have any medical conditions (such as diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves, joint replacements, etc.) or if you take medications (such as heart medications, aspirin, or anticoagulants).
• If you require pre-medication (such as antibiotics) before dental cleanings, let us know ahead of time.
